Source One Distribution, LLC Store Policies
Minimum Order
$100
Fleet Delivery
All orders over $1000 will be sent freight prepaid to any destination within the continental United States. Orders not meeting the prepaid freight minimum will ship either common carrier or UPS and freight charges will be added.
All UPS orders will have a $2.50 handling and packaging charge added.
Damage/Shortage
Source One Distribution, LLC’s responsibility ceases upon delivery to the transportation company. Instructions for claims are on the packing slip.
Discrepancies
On invoices or shipments, Source One Distribution, LLC must be notified within five days of receipt
Returns
Source One Distribution, LLC accepts returns in original packaging and resale condition only.
Returned items received within:
10 days of invoice date – No RestockNote: All floor machines and equipment sales are final and covered by factory warranties.
11 to 30 days of invoice date – 15% restock
31 days or more of invoice date – No Returns Allowed
Discontinued, Damaged, Special Ordered, Non Stocked or Close-Out
Merchandise – No Returns Allowed
